This week we met some really cool people at an International church here and they offered to take us to Costco - who is gonna turn that down???? An opportunity to get cheese, meat, peanut butter... and much much more!

We didn't know we were supposed to wear our neon backpacks and belts with 20 pockets here. They take shopping at Costco pretty serious here.

Yep - you guessed it, I found the chocolate! TRUFFLES!!!!! Actually cheaper here than America!

Our friends Scott and Ashley, without whom we would have much less to eat at our apartment now.

We were amazed by Jon's powers --- I mean by the magnetic magic of the escalator ramp and the carts. This way if you loose control of your cart it won't roll down on top of someone!

The Diamond Bridge, a view from the car before we drove over it.

Hungry? Why wait? Grab a dried out, crispy squid or octopus carcass.

Jon was thinking about it. Until I told him I'd never kiss him again. Just kidding. I would.

Vendors at PIFF square - a popular place to shop, especially for tourists.

View of a small part of Busan in a neighborhood near our house called Nampo-dong.

We love seeing the mountains!

Some really big bell. I wanted Jon to ring it, but we'd probably get arrested or something, so a picture was good enough.

Need a cool treat? How about a milkshake in a bag? Not only is it cool and refreshing, it freezes your hands off while you squeeze it. But it is tasty!
You write such a fun & interesting blog. You could be a photo-journalist. Magnetic escalators . . . crazy, (Jon is so cute). The Diamond Bridge is beautiful. Crispy squid or octopus carcass. . . no thanks :P Love the mountains, gorgeous view. Keep exploring & sharing, I love it.
