Making Christmas snacks for work. Yes, I often cook and bake on the floor. There aren't many options when my counter space consists of only what you see behind me in this picture. :)
Today in class I fixed a broken pencil case with glue and tape and Owen said, "Oh, Nicole Teacher is a genius." It was so great and unexpected that I got my camera and told him to say it again... well Chloe had something she wanted to say first, but then after her Owen changed his mind about what I was today. Haha. His little giggle is the best.
We are having a Christmas song contest on Friday. These are my 3 and 4 year olds practicing "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." Lucy (second from left) really gets into the dancing.
How about some holiday cheer? They LOVE singing this song. The boy on the far left is the loudest :) I just love how they are stuffed into their ballet outfits.

Looks like you are making some yummy stuff! You must be a genius to find a way to cook & bake in your tiny kitchen. The kids are just too cute! I love watching them sing and dance. Lucy really does get into the dancing, she is so expressive!
ReplyDeleteI've been doing some baking too. I've done frosted sugar cookies, (still have another batch to do), iced royals (chocolate crinkle cookies), peanut butter blossoms (Hershey's kiss on top), M&M cookies & I'm working on dark chocolate truffles. I may also do White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake cookies (Subway sells them) & they are Tim's new favorite.
I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas! Love you
merry christmas jon and nicole! :) if i had that little amount of counter space i think i'd finally have a reason for not cooking/baking! ha! and the kiddos are adorable. :)
